Our client, a leading supplier of electric vehicle charging points, is growing, and they’re looking for a part time Administrator to join their dynamic team! They’re on a mission to make the switch to electric vehicles seamless, affordable, and accessible for everyone.

With the largest range of electric car charging points in the UK, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong client relationships, and connecting people with the perfect products.

💼 The Details:

• Salary: up to £25,500 pro rata
  
  
• Location: Caterham
  
  
• Hours: Monday to Wednesday or Monday to Thursday ( 5 hour shifts between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm)

  📋 Your Role:
  As the go-to person for day-to-day operations, you’ll:
  
  
• Be the first point of contact for customer calls, offering friendly and efficient support.
  
  
• Handle queries, follow-ups, and general admin with a smile!
  
  
• Keep client records up-to-date and assist with invoice and quotation follow-ups.
  
  
• Collaborate with suppliers for stock/parts orders and maintain office supplies.
  
  
• Manage emails, client setup, and other administrative duties.
  
  🧩 Your Skills:
  
  
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  
  
• Super organised with a keen eye for detail.
  
  
• A team player who can also work independently like a pro.
  
  
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  
• Experience in sales admin or Hubspot CRM knowledge? Even better!
