Application Analyst - Team Lead
Full-time, Permanent position (37.5 hours per week)
Beeston, Nottingham: £53,674 - £56,488
Farringdon, London: £62,788 - £66,092
This role As an Application Team Leader, you will be experienced in supporting MTVH’s Business Systems Housing applications (NEC Housing, DRS, Job Manager, Nourish etc.) and currently providing application support and technical expertise.

  • Ensure all Application Analysts are trained, managed, and developed effectively to meet the needs of the business and in accordance with MTVH policies and procedures.
  • Manage a small team and provide effective guidance
  • Embed a culture of coaching, whilst nurturing strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing technical expertise and solutions that challenge the status quo, to best fit the needs of the business.
  • Effective allocation of tasks, to ensure work is delivered within timescales agreed with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the teams work, checking quality, and reviewing operational performance.
  • Resolving escalations and complaints.
  • Ensuring regular retrospectives/ lessons learned sessions are undertaken and actions followed up.
    Working Hours: between 08:00 to 18:00 Monday – Friday. This position is suitable for hybrid working, with at least 1 day per week office attendance required.
    What you'll need to succeed
  • Current knowledge and experienced in supporting key Business Systems applications NEC Housing, DRS, Job Manager, Nourish etc.
  • Experience of system, support, enhancement, configuration, troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Excellent communication, decision-making and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrable track record of providing second/third line support for applications in a similar environment and managing SLAs
  • Experience of working with third-party suppliers and internal teams
  • Knowledge of SQL preferable
