Our partnering schools in the Medway area are searching for enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to join their passionate team this September. Whether you have recently secured your QTS or you have already started gaining classroom experience in the UK. This is more than just a job - it is a springboard into a lifelong teaching career. We welcome ECT's who are committed, caring and eager to bring positive energy and creativity into the classroom.

Who are we?

Academics is a leading national academic jobs agency, specialising in the recruitment of permanent, long term and daily supply teacher jobs and education support staff for vacancies in Children's Nurseries, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Further Education establishments.

What we are looking for:

ECT's with QTS, or relevant UK teaching experience.
A love for teaching and a passion for your subject - be it Maths, English, Science, Humanities, MFL, DT or PE.
Confidence in delivering engaging, inspiring lessons which spark curiosity.
A positive mind-set and a willingness to grow with support from experienced mentors.
Commitment to contributing fully to the life of a welcoming school community.
