Got a creative spark and a head for content? Looking for your first proper break in marketing?
We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to join a busy, growing team in Bolton. This is a newly shaped role, perfect for someone with a bit of experience and a lot of enthusiasm for digital marketing.

You’ll help shape how the business shows up online – creating social posts, crafting email campaigns, supporting events, and building brand visibility. There’s also a bit of light-touch admin and comms work to keep broker relationships warm.

It’s a chance to get real-world marketing experience, build your skills, and make your mark – without being micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Doing



Creating and posting content for social media, email newsletters, and websites

Using Canva (or similar tools) to design graphics and marketing materials

*

Writing and proofreading content that’s actually engaging

*

Supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and events

*

Helping manage broker communications and tracking campaign performance

*

Pitching ideas, taking initiative, and working closely with the wider business team

What We’re Looking For

*

Some experience in a marketing, comms, or admin role

*

Confident using Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office

*

A clear communicator who enjoys writing and being creative

*

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

*

Bonus points if you’ve helped run a campaign, blog, or online project

*

No marketing degree needed – just show us what you’ve done
