Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Length: 6 Months (Possibility for Extension)
Location: London - HEX (3 days a week onsite)
Rate: Circa £415/Day

We're looking for a motivated Technical Business Analyst to help us streamline processes and optimise systems for enhanced efficiency and productivity. Purpose of the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions that align with our strategic goals. Your insights will not only identify opportunities for cost reduction but also pave the way for revenue generation. If you have a knack for collaboration and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering
Experienced in Financial Service is essential
Experience with process optimisation and functional/technical specifications
Ability to conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis
Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration and user acceptance testing
Excellent documentation and data communication skills
Background in Software - C# and SQL - Not hands on Coding but familiarity if beneficial.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
analyse and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements to existing systems and processes.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead investigations and detailed analysis of incidents, applying strategic root cause analysis.
Communicate effectively with developers regarding data handling in processes.

Other Tasks:
This role may involve working on some C# development tasks within a C# developer group to enhance both your technical and business knowledge.
