Position Overview: We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team - In this role, you'll be a key player in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating sales conversations. If you have a knack for building relationships, a passion for sales, and 1.5 years of experience in sales and business development (preferably in a B2B setting), we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to spark interest in our solutions.

· Qualify leads and understand their needs to determine if they're a good fit for our products.

· Work closely with our sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.

· Keep track of your interactions and progress using our CRM software.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

· 1.5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a track record of success.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects

· B2B / SaaS background experience

· End to end / 360 sales experience - closing deals

· Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
