Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and innovative Art Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Milton Keynes. The Role

Deliver engaging and imaginative art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable).

Encourage students to experiment with a variety of media and techniques including painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art.

Foster a classroom atmosphere that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression.

Support students in building portfolios and preparing for GCSE or A-Level assessments.

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.

Promote cultural awareness and the value of art in society.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Art in UK schools.

A genuine passion for visual arts and a desire to inspire students.

Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.

Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a range of learning styles.

Confidence in integrating contemporary art practices and cross-curricular links.

Commitment to inclusive education and supporting the success of every learner.
