🎓 Your Role

As an Art Teacher at our school, you will:



Teach engaging and inclusive Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, introducing students to a variety of artistic techniques and media

Support students in developing both technical skills and creative confidence

*

Contribute to curriculum planning alongside a collaborative and experienced department team

*

Use assessment and feedback to help students progress and take pride in their achievements

*

Encourage involvement in extracurricular activities such as art clubs, exhibitions, and creative school events

*

Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that inspires every learner

We’re looking for a motivated and reflective ECT who:

Will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025

Has a degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design, with a strong portfolio and understanding of visual arts practice

Is passionate about making Art accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for all students

*

Has strong communication and organisational skills

*

Is eager to contribute to a supportive school community and grow as a teacher
