We’re working with a forward-thinking company based in Bath looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Manager to drive their data strategies and empower business decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves translating data into actionable insights and guiding teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BI strategies, delivering insights that influence business performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand data needs and provide effective solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth and innovation.
Optimise data pipelines and workflows using SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
Leverage modern data tools like BigQuery and Looker to create impactful reports and dashboards.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in a BI Manager or senior data analytics role.
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and cloud-based data platforms.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
Familiarity with Google’s data tools or similar platforms (BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio).
