This position plays a pivotal role in a major Technology Enablement Programme aimed at modernising enterprise and commercial systems. Key initiatives include re-platforming CRM, e-commerce, and ticketing systems, establishing strong data governance practices, and integrating AI-driven automation solutions.

The Business Architect will lead enterprise-wide discovery efforts, mapping current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") landscapes, and developing a strategic roadmap to enable sustainable transformation across systems, data, and business processes.

Working across both Commercial and broader Enterprise domains, the Business Architect will analyse and design end-to-end business processes, system interactions, and data flows. Acting as a crucial link between strategic vision and operational execution, this role ensures all initiatives are cohesive, AI-enabled, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery and analysis of current and future state across the organisation
Design and maintain enterprise and commercial capability models and transformation roadmaps
Contribute to governance of technology, data, and processes
Champion AI-first process design and readiness for automation
Facilitate collaboration and alignment among senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsCore Focus Areas:
