I’m delighted to be supporting a well-known international organisation in recruiting an experienced Business Systems Analyst to provide functional and technical support for business applications, primarily JDE EnterpriseOne.
 
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line functional and technical support for business systems.
Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) applications.
Investigate and resolve system issues, implementing solutions and workarounds as needed.
Analyse business processes, document functional specifications, and define user requirements through user interviews.
Support system security and administration, managing user roles and access rights.
Develop and execute SQL queries for data management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including post-production support and system maintenance.
Conduct user training and create documentation to enhance system understanding.
Assist in integration testing, developing test plans, and documenting results.
Support internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to maintain compliance.
Work closely with global IT teams to ensure effective system support and operational efficiency. 
Key Skills & Experience

Extensive experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne)
Strong SQL query and database management skills.
Knowledge of system security, user role management, and configurations.
Experience supporting Salesforce, Hubble reporting, and ERP integrations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with remote and on-site teams.
