What You'll Do:

Design and deliver solutions to complex client challenges by understanding their data landscape and workflow needs.
Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and operational workflows using both native and integrated technologies.
Build decision-support tools and front-end interfaces to enable rapid, informed action by end users.
Apply AI and machine learning techniques to real-world user problems in sensitive or mission-critical environments.
Work closely with clients in a consultative capacity, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
Support knowledge-sharing, upskilling, and technical best practice through internal collaboration and mentoring.About You:

Experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or Consultant working within defence, government, or national security settings.
Comfortable working with a variety of coding languages and data-centric technologies (no specific stack required).
Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions, from data ingestion to user interface.
Able to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hold current DV clearance (preferred), or SC clearance with a willingness and eligibility to undergo DV.Why Join:
