CSA Design Manager – Data Centres – Dublin

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organization, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Design Manager join our team. This position will be based on-site in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Design Coordination

    Manage and coordinate all CSA design aspects, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems throughout design and construction phases.

  • Technical Leadership

    Oversee the development and review of civil, structural, and architectural designs to meet performance, compliance, and data centre-specific requirements (e.g., structural loading, security, and airflow management).

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on design deliverables, timelines, and technical specifications.

  • Quality Assurance

    Implement rigorous quality control measures, reviewing design submissions for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with local building codes and industry best practices.

  • Risk and Change Management

    Identify and manage design risks, assess and document design changes, and communicate impacts to cost, scope, and schedule to all stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Must have engineering related Degree level qualification or equivalent trades background

    Data Centre experience is preferred

    7+ years’ experience delivering large scale projects is essential
