Our client is a leading provider of specialist consultancy and training services. For over a decade, they have been at the forefront of designing and delivering some of the most successful, efficient, and safety-focused learning programmes throughout the UK.
Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Systems Administrator to join their team. You will need to be proactive and customer-focused. This role is central to ensuring a smooth experience for the thousands of users who rely on their web and app based learning and competence management systems. We are looking for a candidate who can offer:

  • excellent communication skills
  • experience using Office 365, particularly Word & Excel
  • working knowledge of SharePoint (essential)
  • high attention to detail
  • experience of working with data
  • understanding of GDPR
    Our wish list would also consist of:
  • experience with SQL & coding
  • experience using WordPress and camtasia software
  • able to deliver training to groups of people either face to face or online
  • understanding of data structures and data types in database systems
    This is an office based opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm. 35 hours per week
