You will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, helping them stay ahead of the competition and deliver outstanding value to clients. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work closely with management and senior leadership teams across all regions. Your work will directly impact trading, commercial strategy, and financial performance

Responsibilities include:
• Analyse large datasets and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and financial indicators.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and evaluate commercial initiatives to optimize business performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis to assess market dynamics and identify emerging trends.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.
• Deliver monthly trade reporting, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Support pricing analysis across different regions.
• Enhance the scope of data captured and drive improvements in data quality and consistency.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements in data analytics.

Skills required:
• Experience in a fast-paced business environment, working alongside commercial teams.
• 5+ years of experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and Azure Data Studio.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel expertise.
• Proven experience with SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• A proactive, ambitious approach, with the confidence to suggest business improvements.
• Ability to work under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities.
• International business experience (Europe & US) is a plus.
• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
