Data Engineer (NHS Palantir Foundry) - Hybrid/UK – Salary Up To £80,000 per annum

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful transformation programmes, develop expertise across Palantir’s product suite, and help clients solve critical data and operational challenges.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and expanding their experience with platforms such as Palantir Foundry, AIP, and Gotham.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical challenges
• Design and architect scalable data solutions across complex environments
• Support implementation and optimisation using Palantir Foundry, AIP, and Gotham
• Translate customer requirements into robust technical designs and delivery plans
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise value from their data platforms
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, integration, and solution design

Requirements

• Experience in a consulting, solutions architecture, customer engineering, or client-facing technical role
• Exposure to NHS Foundry or experience with Palantir Foundry in healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and transformation
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset
• Interest in working within a fast-growing consultancy with high ownership and opportunity

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or Gotham
• Background in healthcare, public sector, or other highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with data modelling and enterprise data platforms
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions from design through to adoption
