Development Delivery Analyst** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Development Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you possess strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for leveraging technology to support decision-making, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain business reports that provide insights to support senior management in decision-making.
Engage in quality assurance activities to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Stay flexible and adaptable to evolving technical environments and project demands.

Skills & Experience:

A solid background in the IT industry, with a focus on business reporting.
Bi-lingual proficiency in Japanese.
Experience in finance or administrative roles, with a track record of directly assisting senior management in decision-making processes.
Working experience in a culturally diverse environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across different teams and backgrounds.
Understanding of operating system installation and version control at a high level.
Knowledge of network configuration.
Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff members.
Proven experience in leading teams within an organisational context.
Strong understanding of MS .NET Framework environments.
Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Advanced communication skills to engage effectively with business users.
