We're a collaborative and fast-paced tech team delivering scalable, user-focused software solutions. With growth on the horizon, we're now looking for a Development Lead to take ownership of a high-performing development team and help shape the future of our products and practices.

Who We're Seeking:

We're looking for a Development Lead with a strong technical background and a passion for people management. You'll lead a team of developers, oversee delivery of new features, drive continuous improvement, and support the professional development of your team.

You'll remain hands-on in development when needed, working with modern technologies such as C#, Azure, SQL Server, and React. You'll also collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
