We believe in the power of early years education to change lives and we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our vibrant, collaborative team in West Ealing. As an Early Years Educator, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children (aged 1-5) can explore, learn, and thrive. You'll support their cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development, working closely with families to meet each child's unique needs.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and growth
Observing and assessing children's development, and sharing insights with parents
Fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where children feel safe and supported
Building strong partnerships with families to support their child's learning journey
Maintaining accurate records and responding to developmental needs with care

We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified: Level 3 Early Years Educator or Montessori certification (essential)
Experienced: Confident working with young children in educational settings
Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of early childhood development frameworks
Empathetic and creative: Adaptable, patient, and full of ideas to bring learning to life
A strong communicator: Comfortable engaging with children, families, and colleagues
