We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS, KS1, or KS2 teacher to join our friendly team this September 2025. If you have a love for inspiring young minds, fostering creativity, and working in a supportive, inclusive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Role

As our new ECT, you will:
🌟 Plan and deliver exciting lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love of learning.
🌟 Create a classroom environment that is warm, inclusive, and engaging, where children feel confident and supported to succeed.
🌟 Track student progress, providing constructive feedback and helping them set achievable goals.
🌟 Encourage a love for learning and support children in developing key skills for both now and the future.
🌟 Collaborate with your amazing team to share ideas and learn from one another to enhance your teaching practice.
🌟 Build strong relationships with parents to keep them updated on their child’s progress and celebrate successes together.
🌟 Continue to grow professionally through fantastic CPD opportunities and tailored support for ECTs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:
💫 Has a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
💫 Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
💫 Is passionate about teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 and wants to make a real difference in children’s lives.
💫 Understands the National Curriculum and knows how to make lessons both engaging and accessible for all learners.
💫 Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
💫 Has a positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
💫 Is eager to embrace ongoing professional development and grow alongside a supportive team.
