    About the Graduate Data Administrator Role:
    Are you a recent graduate with a passion for precision and data? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator to join our Engineering team. In this role, you’ll support the creation and maintenance of packaging specifications and product master data, working closely with internal engineers and external partners (3PMs/vendors).
    You’ll play a key part in ensuring data accuracy and consistency as we develop and implement our future packaging database structure (PIE). This system will support multiple departments across SC Johnson Professional, making your work essential to our business operations.
    Responsibilities as our Graduate Data Administrator include:
  • Collaborate with in-house engineering teams and external vendors to generate specifications for components, intermediates (HALB), and finished products (FERT).
  • Take ownership of the specification data lake, ensuring accurate and timely uploads into the PIE system.
  • Create, update, and maintain finished product specifications within the PLM system to support PIE integration.
  • Develop comprehensive Product Instruction Handbooks (PIH) to support both Existing Product Development (EPD) and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc support across EPD and NPD projects, including assisting with packaging test setups and related activities.
