Job Title: Graduate TA
Location: Skegness
Salary: £90-£100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are on the lookout for a friendly and helpful Graduate Teaching Assistant to join us in Skegness! This is your chance to be a real star in the classroom, helping students learn and grow. You'll work alongside teachers to make lessons fun, give extra help to students in small groups or one-on-one, and make sure everyone feels happy and supported. Your support will help students gain confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy their learning journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Team up with teachers to create fun and engaging lessons.
Support students in their academic journey, boosting their confidence and skills.
Offer tailored help, whether one-on-one or in small groups, to those who need extra support.
Create a welcoming space where every student feels valued and included.
Keep the classroom running smoothly by assisting with organisation, behaviour, and lesson prep.
Encourage participation, helping students stay engaged and motivated.
Track progress and provide feedback to help students reach their full potential.
Lend a hand during school activities, including break times, trips, and special events.
Work closely with teachers and staff to make learning exciting and accessible for all.

Classroom Experience: You've got hands-on experience in a similar school role.
Graduate Status: You hold a degree and are keen to build a career in education.
Love of Learning: You're genuinely passionate about helping students thrive.
Team Player: You communicate brilliantly with teachers and students.
Adaptable & Flexible: You can tailor your support to fit different learning styles.
Ready to Go: You have a recent CV (last 10 years, no gaps!) and either an up-to-date enhanced DBS check registered to the update service orare happy to apply for one!
