We are experiencing tremendous growth and as such are looking to expand our marketing team.

The Role Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate would be a data-centric, self-motivated growth marketing professional ready to make an instant and lasting contribution to our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving customer growth and retention through:

· Finding growth opportunities through data analysis

· CRO testing throughout the marketing stack.

· Measuring and optimising all communications channels.

· Developing and optimising all marketing automation opportunities.

· Creative optimisation.

· Reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow key partnerships that contribute to user growth and retention.

· Maintain, analyse and report on all marketing-related data and performance.

· Identify, execute, and report on all CRO / A/b testing opportunities.

· Identify, and execute on, opportunities across our communication stack to drive user acquisition and retention.

· Finding all other avenues and opporturnities to reduce acquisition cost and increase user retention.

· Collaborate with internal teams to execute on all opportunities.

· Full responsibility for the management of, and the effectiveness and accuracy of consumer facing assets including website and social media channels.

What We’re Looking For:

· Someone who lives in data and is comfortable working with large data sets and different data sources and types.

· Proven experience in growth / data analysis for tech / startup companies.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills.

· Understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition and retention strategies.

· Results-oriented, data-focused, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

· A passion for financial technology and delivering inclusive solutions.

· Experience with SQL and or PowerBI a big bonus.
