We are delighted to be working with well renowned employer based just outside St Neots. They are recruiting for a Head of Business Systems to join their organisation on a full time, permanent basis with some excellent additional benefits.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the business systems and technology solutions across the organisation

  • Leading a team including IT, Data and Web Development functions

  • Be responsible for strategy, implementation and optimisation of business systems

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to provide solutions

  • Lead development IT Infrastructure, data management, security in line with business requirements

  • Provide hands-on technical support and insight to team where required

  • Collaborate with and manage 3rd party suppliers

    The successful candidate will have:

  • At proven experience in similar role as Head of Business Systems

  • Data Management and BI experience including SQL and Power BI

  • Knowledge of IT systems, networks and cloud-based solutions

  • Good understanding data protection, cyber security, risk and compliance

  • Previous experience leading and implementing company wide projects

  • Good leadership and team management skills

  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to hit deadlines

  • Full UK driving licence
