Head of History – Lead, Inspire, and Shape the Future!

Your Role as Head of History:

Lead and Innovate – Shape the history curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and inclusive for all students.
️ Inspire the Next Generation – Deliver outstanding lessons that spark curiosity and a love for history.
️ Support and Mentor – Guide and develop a team of history teachers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.
Raise Attainment – Implement strategies to improve student outcomes and engagement across all key stages.
Drive Excellence – Monitor and assess the quality of teaching within the department, supporting best practices and professional development.
