Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this rapidly growing e-commerce retailer in the appointment of a newly created Head of Information Technology.

Job Summary:

As Head of IT you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the organisation's information technology. This role ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data architecture, and digital tools effectively support the organisation's goals. The Head of IT will take full accountability for all technology budgets, ensures data integrity and security, leads innovation initiatives, and manages key external vendor and outsourcing relationships.

To be considered for this role you will need to display:

A proven track record of working within a high growth e-commerce retailer

Workable knowledge across PowerBI, Snowflake and Oracle Netsuite

Proactive in driving innovation to deliver efficiencies and enhancements to the customer experience - adoption of AI to replace manual processes will be key

Review and change where necessary outsourced partner relationships, ensuring that the business receives desired levels of support and efficiencies.

Comfortable in leading key projects, working with internal stakeholders and outsource partners.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being office based 3 days minimum at HQ so locality to Harrogate will be desirable.
