Insight Analyst - Data & Customer Experience (Web Analytics/CDP Specialist)

We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious Insight Analyst to join a Data Insight Team at an agile, data-driven organisation. This team plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy by leveraging extensive data on products, customers, and competitors to drive customer experience, product innovation, and margin optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working with large datasets, and is passionate about turning insights into action. A key focus of this role will be supporting the implementation and evolution of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Single Customer View initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and manage tagging and script setup using GTM, GA4, and server-side tagging.
Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure seamless data flow from ecommerce platforms into the data warehouse.
Identify and implement data integrations across the martech stack where gaps exist.
Support the selection, setup, and launch of a CDP solution.
Combine behavioural and transactional data to enable segmentation and real-time personalisation.
Utilise A/B and multivariate testing tools to improve customer experience and conversion rates.Skills & Experience

Proven experience with GTM, GA4, and server-side tagging, including auditing and monitoring data layer integrity.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience working with internal and external vendors to integrate data sources.
Hands-on experience with CDP platforms such as Tealium, Segment, Bloomreach, or mParticle.
Proficient in BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies.
Advanced SQL skills and strong numerical aptitude (to be assessed).
Experience handling and analysing large datasets.
Familiarity with Power BI is a significant advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
Ability to work independently and present analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.We Are Aspire Ltd are a Commited employer
