Role: IT Development Manager C# .Net SQL

Location: Mansfield

Working Arrangement: For the first few months, 5 days per week in the office, and at least 2 days in the office thereafter.

Salary: Around £45k

If you’re a C# .Net Developer with managerial experience, especially if you’ve managed offshore teams before, then this role could be right up your street.

I am working with a well-established company in Mansfield who are looking for someone to join them to be a hands-on developer and manage a small team, consisting of an in-house developer and a small off-shore team of Indian developers.

Working in a lively office, you’ll be surrounded by down-to-earth people who love what they do and have a good laugh doing it!

You’ll have a number of projects to get stuck into, including building a new ERP system: getting involved in a hands-on capacity, and overseeing the teams and their progress.

You’ll be in an Agile environment, using C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server mainly, with desktop development forming the main part of your workload, but they are introducing some web development into the fold, so experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be useful.

They are open to new tech being introduced, and in your capacity as a leader there, you’re free to bring in anything you feel will aid the team in their endeavours, such as Azure for example.

For the first few months, whilst you get settled in and learn the ropes, you’ll be going into the office 5 days per week, and that can drop down to 2 days per week thereafter. If you want to go in full time though, nobody will stop you!

If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, then apply today or drop me a line to find out more!

We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background
