Location: Lyndhurst (Hybrid – 50% office based)

Salary: £40,174 – £43,236 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week

Summary:

As IT Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the support, development, and enhancement of key business applications. This role will play a vital part in delivering digital transformation projects that improve customer experience, streamline processes, and support modern ways of working. You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure systems are secure, efficient, and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities:

• Lead support and development of key applications in line with service level agreements

• Provide expert technical advice and support across the organisation

• Design and deliver high-quality, secure IT solutions aligned with business needs

• Troubleshoot complex 2nd and 3rd line application issues

• Collaborate with ICT teams to implement permanent fixes and shift-left strategies

• Contribute to application upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation projects

• Maintain accurate system documentation and performance reporting

• Supervise analysts, graduates, and apprentices where assigned

• Support ICT business continuity and disaster recovery planning

• Monitor contracts and software licence requirements for assigned applications

• Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues and manage updates

• Promote security and compliance in line with ICT policy and standards

Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Strong background in ICT systems and application support

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform

• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Excellent SQL Server knowledge and ability to write SQL queries

• Experience supporting both on-premise and cloud-based applications

• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects within agreed timelines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver high-quality results

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours

Desirable:

• Previous experience supervising junior team members

• Experience working on digital transformation projects in the public sector

• Familiarity with CRM systems, data integrations, and Agile methodologies

ICT Senior Analyst Qualifications:

Desirable:

• Degree in a relevant ICT field or equivalent qualification

• Relevant certifications in ICT, project management, or ITIL
