We're looking for a Junior Developer to join our dedicated bug-fixing and customer support team. You'll be part of a close-knit team of 4, working within a wider development group of 40 talented professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid knowledge and, ideally some experience in C# and SQL Server, who enjoys problem-solving and making a real impact for users.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Investigating and resolving software issues escalated from our first-line support team.
Reviewing code to identify bugs and implementing fixes.
Communicating directly with customers when deeper qualification is needed.
Collaborating with your team and the wider development group to ensure high-quality solutions.🧠 What We're Looking For

Good understanding of C# and SQL Server.
A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to debugging.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🏡 Working Arrangements

Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Tyne & Wear office, 3 days from home.
