Lead Insight Analyst** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days in office)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella day rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

We seek an experienced data/insight analyst who is passionate about the role data plays in evidence-based decision-making. You will oversee the analytics agenda within a specific change domain, delivering robust, high-quality, and actionable customer insights. Your ability to translate complex data into practical analytics will be crucial in influencing the direction of change.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design of customer-focused change initiatives.
Create compelling narratives from data that drive evidence-based decision-making.
Prioritise resources effectively to ensure impactful outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of a variety of analytical techniques.
A proven track record of translating data into compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders.
A solid understanding of all aspects of financial services.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
A genuine desire to make a difference!
Experience with Hadoop, R, or Python for advanced analytics.
Familiarity with Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Good knowledge of core analytical methods and statistical approaches.
Experience in predictive modelling.
