Are you a Level 3 CACHE-qualified Early Years Practitioner who thrives on helping young children learn, grow, and flourish? Do you dream of working in a school where your care, creativity, and commitment are genuinely appreciated?

A welcoming, inclusive, and community-centred primary school in Hounslow is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing environment where every child is supported to take confident first steps in their learning journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting engaging, play-based learning in Nursery or Reception

Assisting with the delivery of the EYFS framework, including observations and next steps

Helping to foster children's personal, social, and emotional development

Creating inviting, interactive learning spaces that spark curiosity

Supporting early phonics, numeracy, and communication skills

Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support-including for children with SEND

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (CACHE or equivalent)

Hands-on experience in a nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS setting

A warm, nurturing personality with a playful, child-centred approach

Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum

A team player who's proactive, reliable, and full of positivity

Someone who wants to make a real impact in children's earliest learning experiences

What We Offer:

£86-£100 per day, paid weekly via PAYE or umbrella

Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm)

September 2025 start - or earlier if you're available
