Marketing Executive, Bishop's Stortford, £33,000 Basic salary plus package and the opportunity to make a huge impact in a disruptive business challenging the status quo. We require a highly artistic Marketing Executive with a creative spark and a "can-do" attitude. This is the perfect role for an experienced Marketing Executive who is looking to make a real impact with a market-dominating company. As the Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of diverse marketing functions and contribute significantly to the brand's success. We're seeking someone who is approximately two-thirds creative and one-third strategic/commercial, ready to dive into a broad range of exciting marketing activities.

Your Role as a Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you'll be instrumental in managing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives.
You'll help keep the website fresh and engaging by assisting with updates and contributing to upcoming redesign projects, ensuring a top-notch user experience.
You'll also take charge of their LinkedIn presence, crafting compelling posts, engaging with our audience, and monitoring performance to grow their online community.
Bringing the brand to life will be a key part of your role, as you'll create and edit eye-catching marketing visuals using Photoshop and other design tools, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
Additionally, you'll develop and distribute impactful email campaigns, then dig into the analytics to measure their success.
You'll also provide support for low-level client engagement and contribute to lead generation activities, and collaborate with the wider team, contributing your ideas and expertise to ongoing marketing strategies and campaigns.What is Required to Apply for the Role of Marketing Executive

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a marketing or digital communications role, whether in an agency or in-house.
Proficiency in Photoshop and similar design tools is a must, and familiarity with a website CMS system (like WordPress) is essential.
You'll need strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail, along with the ability to analyse marketing performance data and draw actionable insights.
