Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
Differentiate teaching strategies to accommodate the varying needs and abilities of students.
Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment, ensuring timely feedback.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and innovative teaching approaches.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain high standards of behaviour management in the classroom.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in mathematics, with experience teaching up to GCSE level.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
