Microsoft Power Platform Support Engineer – Hybrid/Reading (9 day, fortnight) - Up to £45,000 Per Annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for Microsoft Power Platform users

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Manage service tickets within SLA parameters

  • Collaborate with development teams on complex problem resolution

  • Deliver excellent customer service through proactive communication

  • Contribute to product enhancement based on customer feedback

  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform developments

    Qualifications & Skills

    The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components

  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)

  • Problem-solving aptitude with systematic approach

  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM tools

  • SQL and database experience (advantageous)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
