    What you'll be doing:

    As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting our pupils' academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing in-class support to individuals on a 1:1 basis and small groups across various subjects.

  • Assisting the class teacher in preparing engaging lessons and classroom resources.

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment.

  • Supporting pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy activities.

  • Assisting with behaviour management and promoting good social skills.

  • Contributing to the overall well-being and safeguarding of all pupils.

    We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working with primary-aged children (in a school setting is a plus, but not essential if you have relevant experience).

  • A genuine love for working with young learners and a patient, positive approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with children and adults.

  • A proactive, organised, and adaptable nature.

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable, but strong practical experience and a keen willingness to learn are highly valued.

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
