This well-established and pioneering data platform company is seeking a talented Python Developer to join their innovative and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge platform in a predominantly remote role, offering an excellent work-life balance. There will be a need to visit the office around twice a month
  
Our client is at the forefront of data solutions, and they are looking for a Python Developer with robust experience, particularly with FastAPI, to help build and enhance their sophisticated systems. If you are passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and working with modern technologies, this role is for you.
  
About the Role:
As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and efficient Python code.
Building and integrating robust APIs, with a strong focus on FastAPI.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver exceptional data solutions.
Contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Identifying and implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and performance.
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Occasionally visiting the office near High Wycombe (approximately twice a month) for key meetings and team collaboration.   About You:
The successful Python Developer will possess:

Strong commercial experience as a Python Developer.
Proven experience with FastAPI for building efficient and scalable APIs.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team.
Crucially, you must have full eligibility to work in the UK. Our client is unable to offer work permit sponsorship for this position. What's on Offer:
