GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated QTS Teacher for Primary to join a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in Southampton. As a QTS Teacher for Primary, you will play a key role in shaping young minds and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for learning. What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence.
Tailor your teaching to support individual learning styles and abilities.
Create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
Encourage children’s progress through effective assessment and feedback.
Work closely with other staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
What We’re Looking For:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT status, or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting.
A strong grasp of the primary national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
A commitment to creating positive learning experiences for all children.
Excellent classroom management and strong interpersonal skills.
A current, detailed CV covering the last 10 years (with any gaps explained).
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
