Job Overview

We are looking for an Senior RPA Developer to join our clients RPA team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blue Prism, along with experience in high level projects and code reviews. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions in a Windows Server environment, utilising SQL Server and programming languages such as .NET, SQL, and Java. You will be working on key public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Conduct code reviews to ensure automation scripts are efficient, scalable, and secure.
Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and databases using SQL Server.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Optimise and troubleshoot existing RPA workflows for enhanced performance and reliability.
Ensure all automation solutions comply with security policies and industry standards.Required Skills & Experience
