JOB TITLE: Sales and Operations Coordinator

COMPANY: Retail (Haircare)

CONTRACT: Permanent, Hybrid

SALARY: up to £27,000

Core Responsibilities:

Sales & Commercial:- Collaborate closely with retailer teams to establish strong partnerships and ensure optimal stock levels across all wholesale doors.

  • Analyse retailer sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and effectively communicate insights to partners.
  • Manage retailer orders, liaising with the operations team for timely despatch and accurate delivery. Proactively follow up with suppliers as needed.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on key financial metrics to drive business success.

    Operations & Supply Chain:- Coordinate with suppliers and fulfilment partners to optimise inbound and outbound demand planning.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance and drive efficiency.

    Skills and Experience:

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
    Passion for wellness and beauty, with a genuine interest in the industry.
