Role description
High-profile Salesforce project requiring technical oversight & support for pre-go live & post-launch phases. Expertise needed in environment management, DevOps, quality, data management, & integrations (e.g. OKTA, Tableau). Guide client through go live & provide ongoing support.

Essential skills and experienc

Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and integration Experience with DevOps tools such as ADO, Git, and Bitbucket
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlinesDesirable skills and experience

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Experience
Cloud Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau Experience with identity and access management tools such as OKTA Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Technical Architect, Developer, or Administrator)
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles
