We’re working with a brilliant specialist school in South West London that supports children with complex physical and learning needs. They’re on the lookout for Teaching Assistants who bring something extra to the table—whether that’s a background in art, drama, dance, music, or simply the imagination to see the world through a child’s eyes.

If you’ve worked in creative environments and want to use your skills to support and inspire pupils who learn differently, this could be your perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils with physical disabilities, medical needs, and complex learning profiles

Using creative tools and sensory strategies to help students engage and communicate

Assisting with personal care, physical support, and classroom routines

Collaborating with a warm, multidisciplinary team that celebrates every small win

What We’re Looking For:

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Experience in a creative field (art, drama, music, dance, design) or working with children

A caring, imaginative approach with strong communication skills

Willingness to support personal care and mobility needs
