We're working on behalf of a leading, high-growth tech scale-up that's looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their innovative Data Centre of Excellence.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of data strategy, shaping decisions across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

This Senior Data Analyst role is paying up to £70,000 with benefits including, Income Protection, Life Assurance, Health cash plan, Private Medical Insurance, retail discount card, plus a range of optional benefits.

Working 3 days a week in their London office this is a hybrid role with Monday and Fridays work from home.

What You'll Be Doing:

Partnering with senior leadership, product and tech teams to build a rich understanding of customer behaviour and user journeys
Uncovering data gaps and recommending modern tools and solutions
Acting as the go-to expert for all things data, fostering a data-first culture across the business
Creating visualisations that highlight key trends and metrics - think cohorts, funnels, regression and more
Developing dashboards and tracking performance indicators to measure business outcomes
Providing strategic insights into competitor and market trends
Working with sales and product to spot opportunities for data-driven innovation
Improving analysis processes and reporting tools to maximise impact
What We're Looking For:

3+ years in a commercial data analytics role
Leadership potential or mentoring experience
Advanced SQL skills; experience with BigQuery
Expertise in Looker (or similar), with a knack for clean, impactful visualisation
Strong knowledge of data modelling, regression and cohort analysis
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Bonus points for experience with DBT, GA4, Python or building commercial data products
