Senior Data Integration Developer**

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days in office)

Rate: A highly competitive salary is available for suitable candidates

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Integration Developer, you will take charge of delivering high-quality data applications, ETL processes, and operational reports. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our data solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practises and security standards. Collaboration with suppliers and partners will be key, requiring strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users and the SCRUM team to define and agree on business requirements, coordinating enhancement requests for IT controlled applications.
Work alongside the Development Manager to design, develop, optimise, and support data applications using best practises and appropriate tools.
Execute development and enhancement activities in response to business change requests, closely collaborating with CDITO Teams, Partners, and Suppliers.
Provide guidance to users regarding application requirements and oversee the IT Release Management process, including release planning and documentation.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for key data applications, managing service requests, incidents, and changes in line with ITIL best practises.
Coordinate third-party suppliers to ensure comprehensive application support, keeping end-users updated on the status of their requests.
Monitor data applications and ETL processes proactively, addressing any issues that arise.
Undertake additional IT-related responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or higher, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Experience with Dynamics 365 integration using KingswaySoft and complex T-SQL query creation (Dynamic SQL, Cursors, etc.).
Strong understanding of SQL Stored Procedures and Functions, Visual Studio 2015 or higher, and design of complex SSIS or DTSX packages.
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control using GIT, and application integration via SOAP web services and REST APIs.
Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 security framework, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
Significant experience in developing and implementing data solutions in high-volume environments.
In-depth understanding of the SSIS framework and ADF data pipelines.
Demonstrated expertise in T-SQL programming and leading development/support teams.
Experience in solution design, architecture, and quality assurance best practises within an agile context.
Experience with Azure Integration services, ITIL qualifications, and basic AI knowledge.
