What you'll be doing:

Leading Key Accounts - Oversee top accounts, ensuring profitability, meeting growth targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Sell-In Meetings - Take the lead in presenting to buyers, identifying growth opportunities, and suggesting strategic product amendments.
Collaborating with Marketing - Work alongside the marketing team to develop quarterly plans, sharing insights to boost sales and enhance performance.
Forecasting & Reporting - Monitor and analyse account performance, forecast future trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management to drive success.
Strategic Planning - Dive into financials to craft channel and client-specific plans that align with the brand's overarching commercial strategy.
Working with Design - Partner with the design team to ensure product offerings meet market demands and stay ahead of the curve.
Driving Growth - Uncover new opportunities for expanding key accounts, gym collaborations, and independent retailers. Think creatively to unlock new revenue streams.
