They're now looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to take the lead on paid social activity across TikTok and Meta, delivering best-in-class campaigns that drive engagement and return on investment.

3 days in the office / 2 days from home each week

Collaborative, creative, and forward-thinking environmentThe Role of a Senior Paid Media Executive :

Manage the day-to-day running of paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta, from set-up and testing through to performance optimisation
Lead on A/B testing strategies to improve growth and ROI across paid social platforms
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are engaging, current, and aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, identifying new opportunities for campaign development
Support the organic social team with boosting content across Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Lives
Work closely with influencer and affiliate teams to maximise the impact of spark ads and creator partnerships
Keep customer targeting and audience lists updated and organised in Klaviyo
Contribute to wider marketing projects including loyalty scheme rollouts and integrated brand campaigns
Support affiliate marketing via platforms such as Impact and Awin, onboarding new partners and monitoring resultsThe Ideal Candidate:

Around 2 years' experience in a paid social media role, ideally within a consumer or retail brand environment
Strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
Passionate about digital marketing with a proactive, analytical, and adaptable approach
Able to work collaboratively with creative, social, and performance marketing colleagues
Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy Apply?
