Microsoft Power Platform Developer
📍 2/3 days a week on site - London based
💰 £80,000 - £85,000 per annum

Nigel Frank International is proud to be working with a leading UK organisation that is investing heavily in digital transformation. They are looking to bring on board a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to help them build out innovative, scalable business applications that drive operational efficiency and enable data-led decision making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and wants to contribute to real impact across business units.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Analyse, design, build and deploy business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Build intuitive and dynamic SharePoint Online sites and components.
Translate complex business processes into effective digital solutions, integrating with existing systems and workflows.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance business operations across departments.
Deliver end-to-end Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, from concept through to deployment and support.
Design and deliver compelling data visualisations and dashboards to surface business intelligence and actionable insights.
Conduct raw data profiling and quality checks to enhance accuracy and consistency across reporting layers.
Use DevOps practices to manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
Produce detailed technical documentation, including designs, user guides, and configuration notes.
Stay up to date with emerging features and capabilities in Power Platform and wider Microsoft ecosystem.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and internal standards.
Provide occasional out-of-hours support as required.👤 What We're Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, T-SQL, and web services.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and SPFx.
Proficient in SQL and data modelling principles.
Bonus: Familiarity with Python, R, ETL pipelines, and DevExpress controls.
Comfortable working with Azure resources such as App Services, SQL DB, Blob Storage, and Data Factory.
Experience using GitHub and Azure DevOps for source control and deployments.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
