You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, influence decision-making, and collaborate with talented professionals in an environment that values expertise, creativity, and career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
Managing stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Hands-on configuration and development, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom solutions when needed.
Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
Leading testing efforts, including unit testing, system testing, and UAT.
Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You might currently be working at a Salesforce Partner and looking for a bigger role with more responsibility, or perhaps you're in a larger consultancy and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast-growing environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects.
Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
Technical capabilities, with hands-on experience or a strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable but not essential).
Salesforce Certifications to validate your expertise, with a commitment to continuous learning.
This is a techno-functional role—while you don’t need to be a full-time developer, you should have some hands-on Apex experience and be comfortable getting involved in technical aspects when required.

What’s in It for You?

Clear career progression in a company that values expertise and ambition.
A collaborative, flat-structured environment where your contributions are recognized.
Competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus a highly achievable annual bonus (paid quarterly).
Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance and up to 5% matched pension.
