Senior Surveyor
Permanent
Location – Bristol
Salary - Per Annum Negotiable depending on experience + Car + Overtime
We are working with one of our clients, based in Bristol. They are a highly regarded surveying firm with over 30 years of expertise. They specialize in delivering precise topographical land and measured building surveys, utility tracing, 3D laser scanning, and BIM services. Known for their innovative use of technology and ability to handle complex projects across the UK and Europe, they are trusted by top-tier clients.
Due to ongoing growth and an influx of new projects, they are now looking for a talented Senior Surveyor to join their expanding team, the ideal candidate will based around the Bristol area to carry out site work around the southwest with occasional office visits & flexibility.
Responsibility & Duties

  • Implement work instructions
  • Carrying out Land and Measured Building surveys
  • Land Surveying & topographical surveys as a Senior Surveyor
  • Post-processing work using laser scanners
  • Assisting in the resolution of any issues as a Senior Surveyor
    Experience & Qualification
  • Experience delivering land surveys
  • Registration and processing of laser scan survey data into useable point cloud data
  • Competent user of survey instrumentation – GPS, Total Stations, Leica, 3D scanner as a Senior Surveyor
  • Competent user & understanding of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
  • Experience of completing (MBS) Measured Building or topographical Surveys would be an advantage
  • Civils, Construction or Surveying background ideal
  • Must hold a UK Driving License
