Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth? Join our clients team as a Software Implementation Consultant and play a vital role in supporting their global customers and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

This is a Hybrid role where you will be required to work onsite in Glasgow 1 day a week with the remaining 4 at home.

About the Role

Our clients support team provides first and second-level assistance to international clients, while their professional services team manages the implementation of Saas Products both remotely and on-site in the UK and abroad. This is a technical role that also requires a commercial mindset, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional results and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support during the software implementation process.
Log, investigate, and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Become a subject matter expert on our products.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive project and technical documentation.
Implement and maintain a robust project methodology and process across the organisation.
Deliver training sessions to clients’ technical teams and end users.
Proactively solve problems, thinking on your feet to resolve customer challenges.Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with server and desktop operating systems and hardware, as well as SQL Server capability
Experienced in Stakeholer and Client management 
Experience in the contact centre environment, either technically or operationally
An IT qualification
SQL skills
